Partner directly with founder, goldsmith and designer Kate Ellen to walk you through the entire purchasing process from concept to completion. Choosing a ring should be a joyful, connecting experience but sometimes it can feel like you have more questions than answers, and that ultimately leaves you unsure of the right decision. That’s where getting Kate Ellen’s direct attention and 13 years of experience at your fingertips can be a huge support. She is expert in connecting the dots in aesthetics, matching a design to lifestyle and budget, avoiding common design pitfalls, and navigating any emotional blocks.
Kate Ellen offers a limited number of consultation intense projects each month, each represents an average of 5-15 hours of individualized support - your package will include some of the following items (as determined by the complexity of your project):
Simple
- One hour direct consultation, in person or by phone to see the Vow Collection and discuss design ideas, your lifestyle, and process orientation
- Personalized video of design options
- CAD renderings of 1 concept with at least 2 variations; or when possible photographs of concept for design approval
- One 15 minute follow up call
- Priority placement into the artist’s production queue
- Personalized education on ring care and maintenance
Moderate
- All of the above plus
- CAD design rendering of 2 concepts instead of one, with variations of each
- Round of simple edits of one of the concepts to preview your final design selection
Complex
- All of the above plus
- CAD design rendering of 3 concepts instead of one; with variations of each
- Round of simple edits of one of the concepts to preview your final design selection
- Additional 15 minute follow up call
Optional add-ons
- Gemstone viewing to hand-select your own stone in-person or by high-quality video (add $400)
- Preview of design in 3D resin model, optional to see in person or shipped to you for review (add $400)
